Audi - Connected Services

To connect the vehicle, you will need to sign in using your Audi Connect login credentials, then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.

  1. Verify that the Audi model is eligible. We support models that are 2017 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a Audi Connect plan. This is normally setup during the initial vehicle purchase.
  3. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
  4. If you do not have an account, you must enroll. Then use your login credentials to login. Be sure to check the provided Audi Connect website and enrollment instructions for details. Plan charges may apply.
