To connect your vehicle, you will need to sign in using your BMW login credentials, then follow the troubleshooting steps here.

  1. Verify that the model is eligible. We support BMW models that are 2016 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a BMW ConnectedDrive plan.
  3. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
  4. If you do not have an account, you must enroll. Then use the login credentials to login. Be sure to check the provided BMW ConnectedDrive website and enrollment instructions for details. Plan charges may apply.
