To connect your vehicle, you need to use your OnStar Remote Access plan login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.

  1. Verify that the Cadillac model is eligible. We support models that are 2015 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in an OnStar Remote Access plan.
  3. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
  4. If you do not have an account, you must enroll then use your login credentials to login. Check the provided OnStar Remote Access Plan website and enrollment instructions for details. Plan charges may apply.
