Chrysler - Connected Services

To connect your vehicle, you will need to sign in using your SiriusXM Guardian login credentials, then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.

  1. Verify that the Chrysler model is eligible. We support models that are 2016 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a SiriusXM Guardian plan.
  3. To see if you have an account, go into your vehicle, and press the assist button on the rearview mirror, then press the activate button on your touchscreen, followed by the customer care button. From there you can speak to a SiriusXM Guardian agent who can look up your account or get you started with one. If you do not have this assist button, your vehicle is likely ineligible.
  4. If you do not have an account, you must enroll. Then use your login credentials to login. Check your vehicle manufacturer’s website and enrollment instructions for details. Plan charges may apply.
