To connect your vehicle, you need to use your Volkswagen Car-Net login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.

  1. Verify that the Volkswagen model is eligible. We support models that are 2016 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in an Volkswagen Car-Net plan. If your vehicle is less than six months old, this plan is free.
  3. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
  4. If you do not have an account, you must enroll then use your login credentials to login. Check the provided Volkswagen Car-Net website and enrollment instructions for details. Plan charges may apply.
