To connect your vehicle, you need to use your Volvo On Call login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.

  1. Verify that your Volvo model is eligible. We support models that are 2016 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in an Volvo On-Call plan. If the vehicle is less than four years old, this plan is free.

    Volvo On Call is an app you can download onto any smartphone. For information on access to that app click here. It is not necessary to select the vehicle at the top of this application.

  3. If you do not have an account, you may need to subscribe or renew your account. Use the login credentials you set up once you are enrolled in the Volvo On Call program. Plan charges may apply.
