Ford - Connected Services

To connect your vehicle, you will need to sign in using your FordPass login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.

  1. Verify that your Ford model is eligible. We support models that are 2019 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a FordPass plan. This is free with your vehicle.
  3. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
  4. If you do not have an account, you must enroll. Then use your login credentials to login.

Enrollment in our service is voluntary, and we do not reimburse or compensate participants for plans with their vehicle manufacturers.
