To connect your vehicle, you will need to sign in using your FordPass login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.
- Verify that your Ford model is eligible. We support models that are 2019 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
- Make sure you are enrolled in a FordPass plan. This is free with your vehicle.
- To see if you have an account, try signing in.
- If you do not have an account, you must enroll. Then use your login credentials to login.
