To connect your vehicle, you need to use your MyHyundai plan login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.

  1. Verify that your Hyundai model is eligible. We support models that are 2016 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a MyHyundai plan. If your vehicle is less than three years old, this plan is free.
  3. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
  4. If you do not have an account, you must enroll then use your login credentials to login. If the vehicle is three years or older, plan charges may apply. Check the provided MyHyundai website and enrollment instructions for details.
