Kia - Connected Services

To connect your vehicle, you will need to sign in using your Kia Connect login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.

  1. Verify your Kia models is eligible. We support models that are 2015 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in Kia Connect.
  3. To see if you have an account, try signing in.
  4. If you do not have an account, you must enroll. Then use your login credentials once enrolled. Plan charges may apply. Check the provided Kia Connect website and enrollment instructions for details.
