To connect your vehicle, you will need to sign in using your Land Rover InControl login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.

  1. Verify your Land Rover model is eligible. We support models that are 2016 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in a Land Rover InControl plan. This is free with your vehicle for the first three years. If the vehicle is three years or older, plan charges may apply. Check the provided Land Rover InControl website and enrollment instructions for details.
  3. Check Land Rover’s troubleshooting guide.
  4. Call your Land Rover dealer for help.
