Nissan - Connected Services

To connect your vehicle, you need to use your NissanConnect login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.

  1. Verify that your Nissan model is eligible. We support models that are 2016 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system. Your Nissan also must be a trim SV or SL to connect.
  2. Make sure you are enrolled in an NissanConnect plan. If your vehicle is less than 3 years old this plan is free.
  3. To see if you have an account try signing in.
  4. If you do not have an account, you must enroll then use your login credentials to login. If your vehicle is three years or older. Check the provided NissanConnect website and enrollment instructions for details. Plan charges may apply.

Enrollment in our service is voluntary, and we do not reimburse or compensate participants for plans with their vehicle manufacturers.
