To connect your vehicle, you need to use your Volkswagen Car-Net login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.
- Verify that the Volkswagen model is eligible. We support models that are 2016 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
- Make sure you are enrolled in an Volkswagen Car-Net plan. If your vehicle is less than six months old, this plan is free.
- To see if you have an account try signing in.
- If you do not have an account, you must enroll then use your login credentials to login. Check the provided Volkswagen Car-Net website and enrollment instructions for details. Plan charges may apply.
