To connect your vehicle, you need to use your Volvo On Call login credentials then follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.
- Verify that your Volvo model is eligible. We support models that are 2016 or newer. If the vehicle is an earlier model, it may not work with our system.
- Make sure you are enrolled in an Volvo On-Call plan. If the vehicle is less than four years old, this plan is free.
- If you do not have an account, you may need to subscribe or renew your account. Use the login credentials you set up once you are enrolled in the Volvo On Call program. Plan charges may apply.
